As part of its Integrated Planning and Reporting cycle each year Council develops an Operational Plan, which sets out the activities that will be carried out in the next twelve months. As well as providing a whole range of ongoing services there are many specific actions the Council undertakes to benefit the community.

Each year Council also reviews its financial position, developing a budget for the coming year as well as updating the long term financial plan to ensure that the finances of the Council are being managed well.

On 28 April 2021 Council, at its Ordinary Council Meeting, resolved to place the following documents on public exhibition and that written submissions be invited for consideration by Council.

  • Draft Operational Plan 2021-2022
  • Draft Revenue Policy, Schedule of Fees & Charges 2021-2022
  • Draft Long Term Financial Plan 2021-22 to 2030-31

These draft documents will be on public exhibition from Friday 29 April 2021 until Friday 28 May 2021 and found in the Document Library on the right-hand side of the screen. Due to COVID-19 restrictions and subsequent legislative amendments, only electronic copies will be available.

Please take some time to review the documents and provide Council with your comments to assist in planning for the next twelve months.

Following the exhibition period and the receipt of public comments, this matter will be reported back to Council including submissions for final adoption.
